    System status: Average.

    Hello,

    Im new to Zabbix, i started yesterday with the installation.
    Yesterday i've installed zabbix on quite a few servers what went very smooth!

    When im logged on my zabbix serverby the webinterface then i go to Dashboard and there i see my customers, in there i see my customers with the Average tab lightning up red.
    When i click it i see my customers server and it is saying: Zabbix agent on (servername) is unreachable for 5 minutes

    I log onto my zabbix server with putty and i do a telnet from zabbix to this server then its working good. The firewall is configured with the 2 10050 and 10052 tcp ports. When i ping from out of my zabbix website then it receive all pings but in the dashboard it keeps showing this red 'Average' tab.

    I've configured a few firewalls this morning that had this problem i said above here and then it went green like there is a good connection. As it runs every 5 minutes it should be alright by now.



    All servers are the same configured with zabbix and all servers have a hardware 'Netasq' firewall. On all my customers are the firewalls configured with the right ports.

    Does someone know what i do wrong?

    The problem was found in my config file.
    I had a typo in my General Parameters with the Zabbix IP Adress.

    My bad!
