VMWare Appliance 2.0 Install Issue

After VMWare appliance installation, the following error is given when entering the Web GUI

Constant ZBX_PAGE_NO_MENU already defined [setup.php:31]

Server remains offline and is inaccessible. Others are reporting this problem.

solution..

solution found. Simply restart the appliance. Error went away after first reboot.
