selection of items added to host via low-level discovery

The low-level discovery correctly identified the filesystems and network interfaces on the Solaris server I'm using to test the zabbix 2.0 agent, but most of the items are marked as unsupported. (Understandable as this is a global zone and the filesystems belong to the non-global zones.)

I want to delete the unsupported items (well over 600), but cannot select them. I.e. when I tick the check box to the left of the word "Wizard", only the items defined in the template are selected. When I try to tick the check box to the left of a discovered item, nothing happens.

Is anyone else seeing the same behaviour?

Is this a bug, or am I missing something?

I believe I read somewhere that you cannot manually delete them.

if they went to an unsupported state, you can probably get rid of them by adjusting the "Keep lost resources" value at the template level on the "discovery rule". Change it to the minimum of "1", I guess.

Thanks. I'll give that a try.

Though I'm not sure it will work, as the resource isn't actually lost. Zabbix is just requesting information from it which isn't available in the global zone. (Comparable to a host server in a virtual server setup.)

I'll verify the result tomorrow and keep you posted.
