PHP Timezone Problem

I have changed /include/page_header.php.

I am still not able to run the wizard.

Any clue?

PHP Timezone is unknown yet. I have edited to Asia/Singapore but still not working.

in my case, i had to edit /etc/php5/apache2/php.ini:
date.timezone=CEST
