how to get rid of 'Sending list of active checks'

13136:20120713:082100.534 Sending list of active checks to [192.168.203.186] failed: host [UP2DATENEW] not found
13130:20120713:082224.954 Sending list of active checks to [192.168.203.221] failed: host [MSSQL01-TEST] not found

^^ those hosts long time ago was deleted, but Zabbix server still trying to send something to them - how to "clean up" Zabbix DB to completely forget deleted hosts ?
