    1.1beta9 problem with zabbix_agentd process

    Hi all,

i have located some problems. Some times i got the following error message on command line. After i saw this message the zabbix_agentd process will die.

    Code:
*** glibc detected *** double free or corruption (!prev): 0x080af998 ***
Does anyone know why i got this message?

I have the same message on CentOS 4.3 server

    May 14 16:45:00 admin2 zabbix_suckerd[31114]: *** glibc detected *** double free or corruption (top): 0x09efd528 ***

The server itself is half loaded and zabbix_agentd dies on it periodically with that message. I don't think that configuration is broken because 50+ of other servers don't have the issue like this one.

Can anyone help me to solve this issue?

Please set DEBUGLevel=4 in zabbix_agentd.conf and post extract of the log after crach of the agent. Thanks.

        Bug!!!

I straced agentd processes and found the issue in one process. I attached gzipped files. I can confirm that issue persists since 1.1beta4. So I expect the patch will be released soon. Here is uname of my server

        Linux XXXXX 2.6.9-22.0.2.ELsmp #1 SMP Tue Jan 17 07:10:04 CST 2006 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux

Alexei, If you need all strace logs or more details let me know and I'll send all what I have.

        Thank you in advance.
