    1.1beta9 server/agent vs 1.8 agents-CPU

    I upgraded my Zabbix server to 1.1beta9. 1.1beta8 agents on other hosts show "Active" for CPU utilization but my Zabbix 1.1beta9 server which has the 1.1beta9 agent does not support "system.cpu.util[all,idle,avg5]" or other like parameters.

    Most everything else works out great.

    What i have done to try to fix:

    recompile the agent again //1.1beta9
    restart both the server and the agents.



    Please help if you can.

      Downgrading to 1.1beta8 did not help

      it looked promising at first; however I was wrong.

          you need to check the syntax of the keys...there are a lot of Items using the older syntax which does not work out the box but the correct keys are documented here:

          http://www.zabbix.com/manual/v1.1/config_items.php
