Action not running when trigger changes from TRUE -> UNKNOWN -> FALSE

In my testing with zabbix 1.1beta9 an action will run when a trigger changes from FALSE -> TRUE. Also, the action will run if the trigger changes from TRUE -> FALSE. However the actions do not seem to be running when a trigger changes from TRUE -> UNKNOWN -> FALSE. Is this a known issue or is there a configuration problem?

Thanks for reporting this. We will try to reproduce the problem and will report back.

got similar problem, sometimes it goes to UNKNOWN instead of ON and somtimes it goes to ON
but when it's on UNKNOWN, it doesn't send anything...;(
one of our very important systems was down for 1.5 hours because we didn't get any mail/sms

Is there a way to get an 'unknown' status to send a message, instead of just whether the trigger is on or off?

i also tried to digg into zabbix docs and client abilities.
Nothing i could find to get some mail on 'UNKNOWN' status..
there is nodata() or novalue() (don't remember exactly) but it works for diff. things.

Alexei, any idea what is that kind of behaviour and what could be done to get alerts once it happens? Or possible fix...

          thanks
