Value in trigger description

Hi!

Is it possible to display the value in a trigger description so when a trigger becomes true you see something like this in the triggerscreen:

Warning! to high load on Server X: Value 75%

In a action you can get the value of the trigger like this:

{{HOSTNAME}:{TRIGGER.KEY}.last(0)}
