no zabbix_server

i'm not quite sure what i'm doing wrong. I've followed the instuctions, but for some reason i'm not building a zabbix_server executable in either 1.1A4 or 1.0. Did it get renamed to something else and the documentation hasn't been updated? I look forward to trying this out, as it looks very promising.

zabbix_server has been introduced in ZABBIX 1.1alpha4 as a replacement for zabbix_suckerd and zabbix_trapperd.

Have you selected database type (--with-mysql or --with-postgresql) doing ./configure? Please, follow installation instructions.

If you're installing 1.0 then you don't have to worry about missing zabbix_server.
