2.0.2 Issue - Triggers get added rather than changed when template changes

Hi All,
I have discovered a bug/issue with trigger prototype:

I have 1 trigger prototype and 1 item prototype. This eventually gets propagated to each host successfully. The problem is that if I make a change to the existing trigger prototype (change value etc), it actually adds another trigger in addition to the last one on the host.

Im currently testing on one host -
after 12 hours, there is now 1033 triggers for same thing!

I face exactly the same problem.
It is kind of funny because when I was creating the trigger (in template, based on snmp lld item) in the first time I had tested it by changing the values when the trigger starts. It worked ok then.
But tooday I was edditing the name of trigger and when saving it the trigger in template had updated but the previous version of that trigger had changed to host trigger. So I ended up with an additional triggers in all hosts that are using the template.
