What happened to RHE init script in Zabbix 2.0.2?

    What happened to RHE init script in Zabbix 2.0.2?

    There used to be RedHat init scripts in ../misc/init.d in version 2.0.0. In both 2.0.1 and 2.0.2 they have been removed. Why?

      I think the tarball I had for 2.0.2 had them, but now 2.0.3 that I downloaded today doesn't have them again. What gives?
