Need Help: Monitoring Item Not SUPPORTED

Hi Zabbix members

I'm trying to create an xml Template to monitor my Cisco Nexus 7K equipments. I imported the template into Zabbix and I notice in the Configuration Items, the Status shows Not Supported.

My Zabbix is running version 1.6.5 I suspect it might be version issue. Or what other possible reasons you guys think it could be?

Normally it is just for that reason, the hardware you are trying to run this check on does not support the Zabbix command, if you hover over the error cross you should see a better idea of the issue, also you could have a look at the event logs for the server located in the /tmp folder (ubuntu)

I am trying to monitor a Cisco Nexus7k/5k as well.

@johnw230873 - Ok thanks I will have a check on this, My hardware is a Cisco Nexus 7k do you know if it can support Zabbix command?

@zabbix_user2012 - I created my own template because I could not find anywhere on the net. How about you? did you manage to find a template?
