How to close an SNMP Trap event?

I have configured zabbix to receive traps from another device. When I receive the trap zabbix creates a WARNING trigger. So far, so good!

Now, I need to tell zabbix that the problem is solved. Since trap has no thresholds (limits), how do I tell zabbix that the trigger must be closed?

I have even received the NORMAL trap but what do I do with it? How this NORMAL trap closes an active trigger?

    Solved.

    Item configuration
    key: snmptrap["10.7.4.98"]
It will catch SNMP traps with 10.7.4.98 in te Trap String

    Trigger
    {TS3310:snmptrap["10.7.4.98"].regexp("Critical")}#0

    ---
When I receive trap Critical, a trigger is created
When I receive a trap that has no 'Critical", the trigger is closed.

Now i will create a more specific item for each trap, and a trigger for each item.

    thnks.
