I was trying to get my Zabbix instance to have it send mail alerts to different users with a different from address (internal vs. external) using the same mail server. When using the primary email media type the alerts are being sent normally but with the second, which is otherwise identically configured except for the sender address, no mails are being sent and upon checking Zabbix logs it only shows that the users "have no media defined" and the mails simply aren't being sent by Zabbix(no activity on the mail server). When switched back to the primary email media, the alerts are being sent normally.
Is there a way to fix or go around this issue?
