Hi Guys,

I configured my servers, but if a server going down, not alarm for me, but appears "no data".

But, if a service going down, the alarm appers in Overview..

Hi,

What kind of alarm are you waiting for if server goes down ?
You can for an example setup a ping item, with a trigger sending an alarm if value = 0.
Or you can use a trigger with Function such as "Number of successfully retreived values V for period of time T not N" to get some alarms.
