Zabbix Agent exits with SIGALRM on HP-UX

Hi,

I have compiled Zabbix Agent 1.8.15 on HP-UX B.11.23 U ia64 in 32 bit mode.
Everything worked fine but fails to start:

# /opt/zabbix/sbin/zabbix_agentd -c /etc/opt/zabbix/zabbix_agentd.conf
Alarm clock

I have increased the timeout but still SIGALRM is issued.

What causes this issue, how can I solve it?
I have another host with the same OS. The agent has been compiled the same way and it works there.

We have found the solution to the problem.

For some strange reason the agent does not start when you do not set the Hostname parameter in the agentd.conf fle. Other machines did not require this parameter. Any clue why?
