Escalations and repeated notifications

Hi,

I was trying to do keep getting alerts until i acknowledge the problem
all works fine but after that i keep getting the recovery forever.
I did what i saw in many places doing a loop from 1-0 & adding condition
of event ack = "not ack" .
this works fine i get alerts until i stop by acknowledging but recovery
is a diferent story for some reason.

I think i found the answer

need to add:
Trigger value = "PROBLEM"
