    proc.num alternating between 0 and 1

    Hello,

I have a problem with monitoring two services : ATFTPD and DHCPD.
Here is how I have configured the two items (the same way):

When I look on the Latest Data graph, I can see the state changing every time going from 0 to 1 and then from 1 to 0. Sometimes to 0,5 !!!

(I have cut the left side to not show the host name), but the upper value is 1 and the lowest is 0).

    Any help is appreciated .

    Syntax of proc.num is this:
    proc.num[<name>,<user>,<state>,<cmdline>]
I mostly use the cmdline parameter - e.g:
    proc.num[,,,dhcpd]
Because I am not always sure about the name of the process, and have get some strange results.

I have seen the syntax before and it was working with the agent on version 1.8.13. Since I have updated it on 2.0.3 I have this strange behavior happening.

I changed it as you said:
proc.num[,,,dhcpd] and proc.num[,,,tftpd] but it is the same.
Because I don't really understand what cmdline means (cmdline - filter by command line), I have also tried like this proc.num[tftpd,,,] but nothing change.

Can it be related to active check ? Because I think that I have changed the check from Zabbig Agent to Zabbix Agent active.

The problem is because I have changed these items from Agent to Agent active. Do you have ideas where the problem can be ? My RefreshActiveChecks is set to 60 and my Update interval also.
