After Upgrade web frontend is screwy

I have upgraded from 1.8.15 to 2.0.3.

My testing was done on a fresh server. It worked great. (1st picture)

Then when I upgraded the production server, the web front end is missing bits. (2nd Picture)

Any ideas?

Running Centos 5.4, 64 bit. Database is on separate server.

You should try to empty your browser cache.
