I am a students, working with zabbix-1.0 for a project. we haven´t any problem with graphs, but the second part of the projet is to configure trap between two host.
we have installed a zabbix server with the following IP=172.17.200.215 and on the other hand qe have the agent IP=172.17.200.160.
On the agent side we want to generate traps with net snmp option and then using the snmptrap.sh send to the server.
I have be looking in internet but I haven´t got any help, or maybe my knowledge of zabbix and snmp is not what I expected.
I will be very oleased if somebody can guide me or send me a very detailed tutorial.
I have two weeks to finish my project so is a little urgent.
