Images are not getting displayed on zabbix console

Hi,
I have installed zabbix and everything went pretty smooth....The only problem I am facing is that none of the images are getting displayed..Also If i try to generate a new map/graph, it doesnt displays it. In Mysql images table is present and i can see all the images in it. Also All images are present in ~/public_html/somefolder/.. I beleive something is missing....can any one guide me plz??

check php. It's shuld contain GD lib support.

I have the same issue and see the following in my web server error log:

PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function: imagecreate() in /var/www/h tml/zabbix/include/classes/graph.inc.php on line 956, referer: http://host/zabbix/history .php?period=3600&dec=0&inc=0&left=0&right=0&stime= yyyymmddhhmm&itemid=17315&action=showgraph&fro m=0

if you are on a redhat based system you need php-gd.rpm

this fixed it for me...it installs a file called /usr/lib/php4/gd.so as well as /etc/php.d/gd.ini on the server.
