Action sending default and modified email

I have an action that sends email. I modified the Default subject and message. When the action is triggered, I am recieving the modified message but still recieve the old default message. I am also recieving the recovery message even though it is not checked. I am running Zabbix 2.0.0 on RHEL

Nevermind. I figured it out. I forgot about the conditions. I had two Actions and the conditions was for problem only. I needed to add additional filters.
