Broken Pipe Error

Hi guys,

I got some errors on performing user parameter items, the agentd log shows:

Thus this item has got no new value for couples of days, anyone who could give some advices for me?

I have about twenty same items as above, some of them can be performed well, but some still have no value, don't know why.
