Could you please check how is that host configured in Zabbix Server and do you have the "Hostname" option configured in zabbix_agentd.conf file?

You can safely comment out "Hostname" option in agent configuration but in this case you need to configure the host in Zabbix server with the same hostname and do not forget that hostname is case sensitive.

I just assume that your host hostname is "rechmp" lowercase and you defined it in Zabbix Server in uppercase "RECHMP".

My hostname in zabbix_agentd.conf of my client pc is RECHMP.
And i have no any configuration string in server with that name, my host on server defined by IP.
If I understand you right.

UPD: Ah, now i understand. U mean that first field 'Host Name' must be same as host name in zabbix agent e.g. RECHMP?
