Host information was changed

I have an alert

Host information was changed on my.server.com

I pointed DNS for that URL to a new server, so that is expected. Now, the Zabbix Dashboard shows that web server in the With Problems category even though I have acknowledged the alert.

Surely that server will not be flagged "With Problems" perpetually. How do I clear the issue so that it does not show up as an ongoing problem in the dashboard?

Well, i think that is not possible set time to triggers in this case, so, the only option i know is:


(Configure Filter - In Dashboard) and choose "Problem Display - Unacknowledged Only".

I don't use this option, otherwise i can forget some issues...

Alerts will generally clear in 30 minutes if the condition no longer exists.

Yes, it did disappear after 30 minutes.

It would be nicer behavior if alerts related to a permanent state change (e.g. like this one, or /etc/passwd changed, ...) would disappear immediately after acknowledged. 30 minutes seems both arbitrary and confusing.
