No graphs for a period less than 4 hours

Hello

I insert data from an e-mail in Zabbix database for example each 2 hours. In the e-mail, each data is separated of next one 5 minutes. When I choose a period equal or longer than 8 hours I can see my graphs without problem but when I choose a period less than 8 hours I see an empty graph, and there is data in history table. So, I would like to ask you the way in which Zabbix make graphs to know if my empty graphs are related to the fact that my data is separated 5 minutes.

this is a known bug, if you have running version < 1.12b
There is in the forum a solution already, you have to change a php script.

I' using a previous version and I found that when there are not graphs for a period longer than 8 hours it is necessary to increase variable memory in php.ini, but I can see graphs of a 8 hours period or more but I see empty graphs for a period less than 8 hours, so I don't know what to do, maybe if there is a solution for my problem you can tell me where it is.
