    Duplicate Emails

    On the initial error report I am receiving duplicate problem emails but only a single issue resolved mail. Any idea why there would be duplicates?

    I might think maybe the user also being part of the admin group? But then I thought why wouldn't I get duplicate issue resolved also.

    How many actions do you have specified for that trigger that goes off? Do you have one action that sends a problem/recovery email and another one that only sends the problem email?

    Just remember, that EVERY action that applies to the trigger will go off.
