Value higher then X for N amount of time

Currently I have a trigger configured to fire when the average value is higher then X over the last 5 minutes. The problem with this is, that when a very high peak occurs over 10 seconds the average get above this value and fires.
Instead, I would like to have a trigger that only fires if a value is above X over the last 5 minutes.
Does Zambia support this type of trigger?

Use the trigger function min(5m) instead of avg(5m) - so for example I want to write a trigger that says if the CPU usage is above 95% for 5 minutes then go off. I could do this:

    cpuitem.min(5m) > 95

If I'm reading that cpuitem every minute, then I'd be saying over the last 5 minutes (5 item collections) the value was at least 95% on each item collection.
