New SNMP Hosts added not monitored with timeout error

    Hi all!

I'm running a zabbix server and a zabbix proxy for monitoring my devices. I'm using both agent and snmp monitoring.

Currently I have 20 hosts monitored.

I have this problem: when I add a new snmp host based on a working template the state remains in "timeout while connecting to [...]". Other hosts with same template are woking fine.
Same hosts are reachable fine with mbrowse.
This happens both with direct connection and proxied hosts.

Zabbix is running in a ESXi vm on Centos 6. Current Values per sec required is 16.86.
    Vm has 512 MB RAM.

Have I to tweak some values in SNMP section of server configuration? Or Am I using

I am also facing this problem. Connections between server/agent is fine because snmpwalk on the command line returns all the results. SNMP Community and all that stuff if correct since SNMP-check runs smoothly for some time. But it suddenly stops claiming that 161 connection timed out. It's a pain handling this issue...
