Where are Admin notifications configured?

I have configured actions to send email to a specific (non-Admin) user and that works fine but Admin is also getting those emails (plus a heap more) - even though I haven't requested that.

What are your actions configured to do? Zabbix only does stuff with triggers based on actions. It is very possible your actions are misconfigured. If you could give a bit more detail (such as a screenshot of how your actions are configured) we could probably help you more.

OK. I found it.

Out of the box, there is an action called "Report problems to Zabbix administrators".

This causes all "PROBLEM"s (and associated OKs) to be emailed to Admin.
