Hi I have upgraded to 1.1 and everything seems fine except that my SLA's dont move off 100%.
For a particular service I know that it has been triggered and this shows in the availability report however it is not shown on the IT Services page.
IT Services is configured as below;
Wide Area Network Services (SLA=99.5, Calclualtion Alg=MIN)
---- Site A (SLA=99.5, Link to Trigger=Ping Check of site)
As I said above the availability report of Site A says that the trigger was true for 1.1 minutes. If this is the case then this should show up in the IT Services page?
Although it does look good at 100% accross the board...
Any ideas?
