Server time issue

I just noticed that the time is an hour off, presumably since we hit DST. The system time is correct, so apparently Zabbix doesn't use system time for some reason, it has it's own internal time offset, but not one that is DST aware, which is a problem. Is there something I'm missing to make Zabbix have the proper time, or is this a bug (deficiency)?

good call! I didn't know it was pulling from there, and yea, php was set to EST instead of America/New_York or something of the like, so it was static instead of dynamic. Fixed now, thanks!
