I am currently running into an issue that I am not sure how to fix. I copied the exact same config settings for the net.if.discovery on one of my Zabbix 2.0 servers onto another one. This rule is running on Windows Server 2008R2 boxes on one server and its working just fine, but I am having issues with the same server OS reporting to our second zabbix server also running 2.0. The agent version is Windows 64bit 2.0.4, and the server is Zabbix 2.0.5. If there is any other information needed, please let me know.
