I assume that the host Fs1 and toto.server.fr it is one the same server ...

You have strange values for all "Free disk space on *" items.
Can you "unlink and clear" template with item "Free disk space on *" from host and then link it again (carefully!!! all the historical data for these items will be deleted)?

      Try default "Template OS Linux".

Make sure you understand as Heilig pointed out... if you unlink and clear a template from a host, you lose ALL the historical data for ALL items in that template for the host you unlink it from.

            What is your architecture?

What result command "zabbix_agentd..." returns executed on behalf of the user under which the zabbix agent is running?

Turn on the debug level 4 on zabbix server, make sure that the data is received and look in the log file. What value has received the server? If necessary, follow the same steps and with zabbix agent log file.

Update: also, please that you use correct agent type - 64 bit in 64 bit OS and 32 if your OS 32 bit.
