    icmp check and trigger issue

    Hi everybody,
    i look for this infos a lot and now i ask a hand:

    Problema A:
    objective:
    enable sound alert on dashboard

    issue:
    i create a host down trigger and i want it popup only after 5 minutes of down
    (because i monitor remote devices and sometimes is ok to have 1-2 minutes of timeout

    what i've done:
    1- i've create a ping check item like this --> icmpping[,10]
    2- i've create a trigger like this --> {Ping_Check:icmpping[,10].last(200)}=0

    what i expect:
    to see on dasboard trigger only after 3 minutes of age

    what happens:
    this is my actual dashboard 20 issues:
    Host Issue Last change Age Ack Actions
    HostDown May 15th, 2013 10:28:13 AM 11s No

    Problem B:
    i create trigger dependancy rules and works perfectly.... but only a graphical issue:

    router1--router2---router3

    if on router 3 i set dependancy to route 2 on a working situation i've

    router1--router2---router3
    ok ok ok

    during a failure i see

    router1--router2---router3
    ok down ok

    i expect to see on router 3 a message state like "event suppressed" or similar.

    for trigger A the solution seems to be

    {Ping_Check:icmpping[,10].max(300)}=0

    for problem B how can i see on map "Problem" flag when trigger event is suppressed?

      Fixed

      also i fix problem 2 too,

      i've to create an icmp check and relative trigger, then on the link i put to make the link red if the host is down, so i continue to see the last value before the down but having a RED icon is more easy to understand that there's an issue
