System Status problem in Dashboard

I'm having problem with system status show on the Dashboard. As the image below, I have 3 host in Network Devices, but in System Status, if there is no problems it show nothing. There's nothing in Information or Not classidied column. Another host group is same like that.

Help me to solve this, thanks a lot

This is expected. The system status widget does not show anything for groups in which there are no problems.

Thanks for your reply, but please tell me about Information and Not classified column, in which case it will appear information?

Those are trigger categories. If you have a trigger go off that is assigned to one of those categories, then they'll show up in those columns.
