Same action is executed several times

when a trigger fires, the action is executed 17 times !

operation details:
step from 1 to 1
remote command
type custom script
executed on Zabbix server

Any idea ?

Maybe trigger blinking "Ok - Problem - Ok - Problem" (see events page - https://www.zabbix.com/documentation...itoring/events)?
Also, check action log in audit (https://www.zabbix.com/documentation.../audit#actions). There you can see how many times the script is run.

Actually, my script is very simple:

echo `date` >> /var/log/zabbix/test.log
echo "Trigger values {TRIGGER.NAME}, {HOSTNAME}, {{HOSTNAME}:{TRIGGER.KEY}.last(0)}" >> /var/log/zabbix/test.log

There is a single event.

When I look at the result, I see 17 times the same record each time the trigger fires. For instance:

Trigger values CPU usage - Medium, Zabbix_2.0, 53.45

Trigger values CPU usage - Medium, Zabbix_2.0, 53.45
...

What is strange, it is always 17 times the same thing. Perhaps a cause: When I start the VM that is containing Zabbix, I get the message:
ntp[1724]: Time could not be synchronized ...

I had choosen for the action
target list: a specific host group
executed on: zabbix_server

Actually, I had 17 hosts within this host group.
Then, the action was executed 17 times in the server !

Strange behaviour ...

I can't reproduce in zabbix 2.0.6.
Which version are you using?
I think you should update it...
