Can't Add trigger to Template

In screen i have Group: Template && Host Cisco.IOS.OS
This Template has already 3 Triggers, added with 1.1beta9
Now if i try to add a new trigger the screen comes back with
[Trigger added]
Added trigger 'icmpInAddrMaskReps on {HOSTNAME} is too High' to host 'Host.SNMP'
Added trigger 'icmpInAddrMaskReps on {HOSTNAME} is too High' to host 'noc02temp'

Group is now chaged to "all" Host is still Cisco.IOS.OS
But no new trigger this group.
