    List macros by host

    I have a situation where I've had to create macros for a specific host to change some alerts. Now I need to find all places where a macro is defined.

    How can I do that? It would make sense to have a report which would list all macros, and where each is defined.

    Thanks in advance

    Looked at the database, figured out this:

    select host, macro,value from hosts, hostmacro where hostmacro.hostid=hosts.hostid order by macro, host;

      You could look here usermacros or 6 Global Macros.

        You missed the point. We have a lot of systems which have had local macros put in to cover edge cases. I was trying to find ALL of them so that I could either review or delete them. The sql I wrote will display all the macros for me, so that I can more easily review them rather than having to look at hundreds of systems and trying to remember which ones need to be changed.
