database charset confusion (mysql)?

Hi folks,

I would like to move from 1.8.16 to 2.0.6. Looking at the old mysql dump I see about 20 tables in utf8, the rest is latin1.

Is this mixture something to worry about?

Would you suggest to migrate the "wrong" tables to utf8 or latin1?

Should I convert the database and the tables to be case sensitive, as indicated by ZBX-6323 ?
