Agent Dying (Zabbix 1.8.10)

Here are the Sympoms:

Version 1.8.10

I could see ps -eaf |grep zabbix

4 processes running

Telnet from a remote box and get the zabbix version printed


* Zabbix Server is not able to communicate. I see message - Zabbix agent died

Any clues ?
