Login failed on web access

Hi Guys,

I encontered the login issue today, I forgot the admin login password, then I try to change the admin pw in Mysql database, i still can not login the web, the error said that " no permission for system access" Anyone have idea of this?

issues fixed by update the status key to "1" in mqsql, dont know why it's turn to "0", means whole admin group disabled
