Looking for HP Procurve template

Hi all !

I'm trying to find a template for an HP ProCurve Switch 4204vl (J8770A) 96 ports.

I already tried to import the official template and some others but it didn't work ... i get an error when he tried to create the items (http://imageshack.us/f/41/o6j5.png/)

If anyone have a solution ...

I'm using Zabbix 2.0.6 appliance latest version with OpenSuse
