Help with migration

Hi,

I want to change my zabbix server version to 2.0.7.

Today I have 2.0.4 server.

I need to run any script to upgrade?

Or just compile the binaries.

There are no DB changes within minor releases. Just recompile the source and as due dilligence, I always put the new frontend files into place as well.

if you do replace your frontend files, you will want to save your existing zabbix.php.conf file and then put it back into place after you put the new frontend into place. It goes into the destination/conf where your frotnend files go. For me it is: /var/www/html/zabbix/conf

That will save you from being prompted to go through the GUI configuration again.

I already did the migration and works fine.


But I just want to be sure if there is no database changes.
