Zabbix Mysql Monitoring on Zabbix server v2.0.6

Hi All

I am trying to configure mysql monitoring on my zabbix server

# zabbix_server -V
Zabbix server v2.0.6 (revision 35158) (22 April 2013)


I was following the below link for the same, but looks like there is some trapper issue for the items which are defined in the mysql-server template, Do I need to have a trapper specific configuration on my zabbix server ?

Please help me out in this issue..I am scratching my head almost one month on this...

Test case for a test trapper item, no data got populated on the server
