Emails to frequently.

I setup email alerts on zabbix via triggers in actions.

But the problem is im having way to many email alerts, some come every few minutes for hours at a time. Is there a way to limit these emails somehow to a time period? Or just to send less frequently?

I have two triggers here below, i want email notifications when its > -5 and < -7 but the problem is everytime it comes out i get an email. Anyway to limit the time period it comes in or the amount i get?
