We recently upgraded our 1.8 zabbix server to 2.0. Our DB is about 230G, so we renamed the history and trends tables, recreated them, and then ran the upgrade on the empty tables, and have been re-importing the data using other scripts.
We are now receiving the following error from zabbix:
8907:20130923:095745.335 [Z3005] query failed: [1054] Unknown column 'ns' in 'field list' [insert into history (itemid,clock,value,ns) values (558495,1379944335,36.000000,454835000)
Inserts into other history tables work fine, and I can copy and paste the line from the log that generated the error into mysql and the insert works correctly there. I've moved the current table over and re-created it, but the error persists. Some updates do seem to be making it into the DB. Is there anything else I can check?
