RHEL 5&6, Agent 2.0.6, system.cpu.util[] ZBX_NOTSUPPORTED

This is for both RHEL and Windows, when I try to run

zabbix_agentd -t system.cpu.util[]

I keep getting this error:

# zabbix_agentd -t system.cpu.util[]
system.cpu.util[]                             [m|ZBX_NOTSUPPORTED]

and I am running Zabbix Agent 2.0.6 on both. I looked for bugs, but this was supposed to be fixed in 2.0.5 supposedly? I'm not sure how to go about fixing this issue. I can perform other 'system.cpu.*' functions but the util one does not want to work for me.

Should I submit my own bug notification for this?

I see no reason why it should not work the way you expect it to work.
I'd suggest "Yes" open a Jira ticket.
