Hi

How can i change my EMail settings that zabbix can send EMail's not from "[email protected]" and send all mails from "Zabbix Statistics <[email protected]>"?
when i try to do this in my Outlook client i see that mail delivered from "<Zabbix Statistics <[email protected]>".
when i try to send mail trought the same server with the same configuration all mails is goin Ok.
Only in zabbix server mail i receive incorrect FROM field?

Can anyone help me ?

just give the linux user "zabbix" the name "Zabbix Statistics" via usermod (or directly by modifying /etc/passwd)... This worked for me.

I use NIS server and this is not work for me.

I try to understand why.
